Just nw ran 3.2km tgt with louise and lester.I thought they running alone,then who know senior and ncos there. Scared me...i saw staff zun xiong looking at me when i came in. Anyway today ran 3.2km.. Jireh no nid come le lor,he's like the 2nd usain bolt...never train also can run 1st. Then staff winston asked for jireh's timing,then he was like "wth?! He negro ar?" LOL o.o" Cause negros everytime walk long distances de mah..their stamina very high. And...im not reserve anymore! :D But bad thing is,the 3.2km is actually a relay race,we're split into 2teams,then the 1st team run 1.6km then pass something to the 2nd team,and they run another 1.6km. And staff say im teaming up with jireh... -,- I think if i catch up with his speed i die ler lor. But if can run at our own pace i think jireh pass to lester better cause he run slower then louise. We ran 3.2km altogether,then i run finish 5rounds sgt lied to me say 1more round,cause me to sprint. -,- But anyway my timing was like not bad...but still deproved,i walk big steps is like same speed as louise jogging :P Altogether 3.2 my timing was like 16mins... Tmr we're gonna eat bananas and drink redbulls and chiong for the 1.6km! haha we're cheaters :P After that we went to the chinup bar,louise saw staff jaren and whispered to us to greet staff. Then i misheard it as "free stuff". Laugh out loud. Staff jaren told us how to train pull up muscle and get used to the pull up bar. Just hold in pull up position,halfway up,hands 90degrees. Cool! Can train every recess now :D After that went to abc shop to buy stuffs,and the aunty discounted me :D 1redbull,1icelemon tea and 1polo sweet for only $1.50! Haha we thanked the aunty then i split the polo intohalf for louise. Ate lunch at the coffeeshop,louise gave me his mussels and said it can give me muscles. -,- lol. Then went back to abc shop to buy sweets and drinks again..but closed. And we discovered a provision shop nearby cheaper then abc! 1 can drink 50cents only. This is madness! Canteen sell 1dollar! Sat down and slacked till 9.30 then went home... Its so late...i haven sleep yet.. K gtg needa sleep and rest bye people :) |
